All orders placed on June-First.com are processed quickly. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. The fastest way to do this is to contact us is by emailing: Support@June-First.com or call1-888-273-1664. When emailing please put “Change Order” in the subject line.
All orders are shipped the same day or next business day. Our shipping methods include: UPS, FedEx or USPS. Please allow a reasonable amount of processing and shipping times. This usually occurs within 7 days of purchase depending on your shipping region. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, some shipping carriers will take longer than expected.
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation from our website. When you order has been shipped you will receive and email (or a text message) with your tracking number. To exchange or set up a return, please contact Customer Service at: Support@June-First.com. They will give you Return Authorization Number.
All products ordered from June-First.com can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase. For the items to be successfully returned, the items must be returned in original packaging and accompanied by a return authorization number. To get a Return Authorization Number, please contact Customer Service at: Support@June-First.com. Refunds will be issued via the form of the original payment.
Unfortunately, we do not sell replacement lenses. In order to ensure the lenses fit and frame integrity is maintained, we do the lens and frame assembly in house. But feel free to email us, and we will see what we can do to help you out. Email: Support@June-First.com
